Some of the most important foods in the world today originated in Latin America. Potatoes, tomatoes, maize (corn), pineapples, peanuts & chocolate all trace their roots to the fertile soils of our southern neighbors. South America is also home to over a half billion ethnically diverse people with a variety of dishes and ingredients. This fusion of different cultures & ingredients makes the food uniquely sabroso!

Sabroso means delicious & so our mission is to provide savory South American food in a fast casual & artsy setting for a reasonable price. Over time our menu will evolve to include other favorite plates from the Southern countries depending on the season and availability of the freshest ingredients.
